Bee Sweet Baking Company - Custom Order Terms of Service

1. Custom Cookie and Cake Pricing & Minimums

Custom cookies start at $55 per dozen. Pricing will vary based on design complexity, personalizations, and additional requests. All cookies are individually wrapped for freshness and convenience. A minimum order of one dozen cookies is required. Additional cookies may be ordered by the dozen or individually at an adjusted price.

Cakes are priced on an individual basis which will be determined upon consultation.

2. Order Submission & Processing

Orders must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the desired pickup or shipping date. Once your order form is received, we will respond within 24 hours to confirm availability. If we can fulfill your order, you will receive an invoice with pricing details. Orders are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received.

3. Payment & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your order. Full payment is due one week before the scheduled pickup or shipping date. If payment is not received by this deadline, the order will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.

4. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup

Shipping is available within North Carolina, starting at $12.99.Shipping costs may vary based on order size and destination. Bee Sweet Baking Company is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the shipping carrier. Local pickup details will be provided upon order confirmation. Delivery options are available for an additional charge based on distance.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations

Changes to custom orders must be requested at least one week before the scheduled pickup or shipping date. Changes may result in additional charges.Orders canceled less than one week before the pickup/shipping date will not be eligible for a refund.

6. Refunds & Satisfaction Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final once the order has been completed.If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt, and we will work with you to address any concerns. Refunds or replacements will be considered on a case-by-case basis but are not guaranteed.
